FAST and SECURE, remote support is an excellent way to fix problems quickly at a minimal cost.
Remote service can be a great LEARNING TOOL. GCS Tech can walk you through basic functions while you watch your mouse work on the screen.

STEP ONE:
GCS Tech will work with you on the phone to download the software needed to provide remote access.


STEP TWO:
GCS Tech will log into your computer and take over your mouse, clicking through screens to diagnose and repair software issues.


RATES


MINIMUM CHARGE:  $25.00 plus HST

HOURLY FEE:  $ 80.00 plus HST


All Fees must be paid via credit card at time of service – GCS Tech accepts VISA and MasterCard


A functioning computer, with an active high speed internet connection is needed to take advantage of this service.
